Dear Earth-Loving Friends,
I hope you are all well and that you are being able to get outside to be nourished by this glorious, colorful spring! Desiring to share the beauty of spring with you, even though we may not be able to be outside together, I've written a story. In the midst of the lung disease that is Covid-19, this story is about forests as the breath-givers of the Earth and the need to conserve them. It's a story about the process of restoration of our own small bottomland forest and our hope of joining with others to form a chain of connected gardens for the sake of our wild species. And our own health.
