Welcome to Seen & Unseen, a CD in process. I didn't write these songs; they wrote themselves. But I am the custodian, or channel for them, which is why I am writing to ask for your help.

Where Do These
Songs Come From?

In a terrified moment of a midlife
health crisis 7 years ago, I stumbled into self-inquiry... a way of asking my heart
direct questions about my deepest fears.

To my complete amazement, the Heart
responded, opening a door to awareness of

an inner peace of the most profound sort.

That surprising, ancient, good news expresses
as music -
songs about Love in the largest sense.

I am deeply grateful to the singers of the
Bodies, Voices & Spirit Chorus,
who have
loved and developed these songs with me
as we've sung them together over the years.

.
Thanks also to the wonderful musicians,
who are donating their
time and love
to rehearse and record this album.

.
And thanks to the community of
friends and supporters
who have sung
these songs with us at benefits, in churches,
at interfaith celebrations,
while dancing,
walking on beaches, doing the dishes,
& rocking babies to sleep.
